Service Description
£100 room hire £50 deposit which is refundable!* Whilst making your booking please tell us what the event is and your expected attendee numbers in the "Add Your Message Section" of the Booking Form so we can staff the venue correctly. If you add Light Up Numbers to your Venue Booking please let us know the numbers required in the "Add Your Message Section" too (We have numbers 0 through to 6) The £50 deposit will be refunded after the event only. The deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. If any damages have been caused to the venue, fixtures or its fittings as a result of the event, costs to rectify the damages will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that deposits for our venues are non-refundable, however, we appreciate that in certain circumstances your event date may need to change. Should you contact us within 14 days prior to your event, we will do our best to offer you an alternative date where possible. Your deposit will then be transferred to the new date. This action can only be done once.
